SHIPPING

DOMESTIC DELIVERY
For deliveries within Singapore, we provide free courier door-to-door service for all orders. Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 working days upon order confirmation. Once your item is shipped, packages generally will be received within 3 delivery working days. We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time, but do note that parcels might exceed the expected delivery time frame due to service interruptions, severe weather or during sale periods, festive seasons because of high volume.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship worldwide. A flat rate delivery fee of SGD30 will be charged on all international orders. Orders above SGD250 are eligible for free international shipping. Please enter code FREESHIP at checkout. When your order is placed, we will take 1-2 working days to process and ship your purchase. We ship internationally via registered mail and will send you your tracking code once it has been shipped. Please allow for up to 3 working days to receive a tracking number. Once your item is shipped, packages generally will be received within 7 delivery working days.

We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time, but do note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to service interruptions, severe weather or during sale periods, festive seasons because of high volume.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns on all full-priced items. Your satisfaction is of great value to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, simply return them to us for a full refund within 10 working days for domestic orders and 15 working days for international orders. The item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to be eligible for a refund. The item must be unused, unworn, with the original tags and in its original packaging.

Please note that purchase of sale items is final and cannot be returned. Intimates, earrings and swimwear are also non-returnable.

The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with a trusted courier of your choice. All successfully returned item will be credited to the original payment method, you will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. This will be within 3 working days from receipt of the return. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Currently, we do not offer any exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return your current full priced item for a refund.

Please Note: Shipping & handling and customs charges are non-refundable. We have the right to deny refunds if the item returned does not meet our return policy standards. Léora Studio is also not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Email Customer Service within 3 working days of receiving your package, to indicate that you would like to return an item from your recent order. Please provide your order details in order to obtain a Return Authorisation number.
  2. Ensure that the item contains all original tags and labels before packing the item securely. Mail it out via your trusted courier to our studio. Please email us the tracking number and your order reference number. Léora Studio is not liable for any lost parcels in transit. 
  3. You will receive a confirmation email once your returns have reached us.  Your return will be processed within 3 working days, if the item meets our return policy standards. Please note that returns without original tags or labels attached, or are damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

Taxes and duties are dependent on the destination country. Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient and these charges are not included in the total at checkout. The recipient will need to pay for the charges when the order is delivered. For more information, please contact your local customs office. If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge, the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier. In such cases, your order is not eligible for a refund.
