How much do you charge for shipping?

How long does shipping take?
We strive to deliver your order as soon as we can.
Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 working days upon confirmation. Shipping in Singapore will take up to 3 delivery working days while international orders will take up to 7 delivery working days. We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time, but do note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to service interruptions, severe weather or during sale periods, festive seasons because of high volume.

Will I be charged taxes and duties?
Taxes and duties are dependent on the destination country. Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient and these charges are not included in the total at checkout. As such, you might need to pay for the charges when you receive your package. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
How can i track my order?
All orders will be sent via courier or registered mail. Please allow for up to 3 working days to receive a Tracking Number via email.
If you do not receive your Tracking Number within 3 working days, do contact Customer Service and we will get it sorted out for you.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on all full-priced items. Your satisfaction is of great value to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, simply return them to us for a full refund within 10 working days for domestic orders and 15 working days for international orders. The item must be unused, unworn, with the original tags and in its original packaging.
Please note that sales items cannot be refunded. Intimates, earrings and swimwear are also non-returnable. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
While you may ship with the courier of your choice, we highly recommend using one that will provide a tracking number so that you will be able to track your return. Léora Studio is not responsible for any shipments lost in transit.

1. Email Customer Service within 3 working days of receiving your package, to indicate that you would like to return your item/s from your recent order. Please provide your order details in order to obtain a Return Authorisation number.
2. Ensure that the item contains all original tags and labels before packing the item securely. Mail it out via your trusted courier to our studio. Please email us the tracking number and your order reference number. Léora Studio is not liable for any lost parcels in transit.

3. You will receive a confirmation email once your returns have reached us. Your return will be processed within 3 working days, if the item meets our return policy standards. Please note that returns without original tags or labels attached, or are damaged will not eligible for a refund.

Can I exchange my order?
Currently, we do not offer any exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return your current full priced item for a refund.
When will I be refunded?
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method, you will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. This will be within 3 working days from receipt of the return. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Do I need an account to shop?
You do not require an account to shop with us. However, having an account makes for a faster checkout. Moreover, as a member of Léora Studio, you will receive updates on the latest arrivals, exclusive deals and more.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment options such as American Express, Visa, Mastercard credit and debit cards. We also accept Shopify Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal.
What currency will I be charged in?
All purchases will be charged in Singapore Dollars. Nonetheless, you are able to select the currency in which you would like to view the product prices in, by clicking on the drop down menu on the top right hand corner of the website page. The currencies available are SGD, AUD, CNY, EUR, GBP, HKD, USD. However, please note that at checkout, you will still be charged in Singapore dollars.
Can I change my order?
We strive to deliver your items as soon as possible and orders are usually processed within 1 working day from order confirmation. As such, we normally do not allow for an order to be changed.
However, in the event that you made a mistake with your order, do inform Customer Service within 2 hours of placing your order and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
Where are your products from?
Léora offers a range of distinctive womenswear, bags and accessories perfect for muses who are looking for something different, for that modern take on timeless pieces. We lovingly curate all our pieces from across the globe and ship it out from our studio in Singapore.
The item I like is sold out! Will it be back in stock?
That's a bummer! We cannot guarantee that we will be able to re-stock our products as many of the pieces are one-off designs that have been curated by our team.
The best thing to do is to add the product to your Wishlist and you will receive an email update if it comes back in stock!
